Terms of Service

When transacting business with SPI New Media, Structured Property Investments & our related businesses (SPI), the following Terms of Service apply. We will always endeavor to meet your needs with the highest level of service possible. SPI reserves the right to suspend or cancel a customer's access to any or all services and products provided by SPI when SPI decides that:-
the account has been inappropriately used;
SPI remains unpaid for services or products provided;
irrespective of whether a reasonable solution can be agreed upon by the parties.

Website Hosting - SERVER USE

SPI does not allow any of the following content to be stored on its Servers:
Illegal Material - This includes copyrighted works, commercial audio, video, or music files, and any material in violation of any Federal, State or Local regulation.
Adult Material - Includes all pornography, erotic images, or otherwise lewd or obscene content. The designation of "adult material" is left entirely to the discretion of SPI.
Warez - Includes pirated software, ROMS, emulators, phreaking, hacking, password cracking. IP spoofing, etc., and encrypting of any of the above. Also includes any sites which provide "links to" or "how to" information about such material.
Hate Sites - Including defamatory or discriminatory sites.
Spamming - no "unsolicited e-mail" or 'SPAM' may be sent from any SPI server; i.e., any electronic mail sent to a given list of address(es) for which the owner(s) have not given permission, express or otherwise, for the Customer's use in mass communication.

Indemnification

Customers of SPI agree to defend, indemnify, save and hold harmless SPI from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs and claims, including reasonable solicitors, attorneys and legal fees asserted against SPI, its agents, customers, officers and employees, that may arise or result from any service provided or performed or agreed to be performed or any product sold or supplied by SPI, its customers, agents, employees or assigns. Customers agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless SPI against liabilities arising out of; (1) any injury to person or property caused by any products sold or otherwise distributed in connection with any SPI server; (2) any material supplied by customer infringing or allegedly infringing on the proprietary rights of a third party; (3) copyright infringement and (4) any defective products sold to customer from any SPI server.

SPI will not be responsible for any damages your business may suffer. SPI makes no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied for services or products we provide. SPI disclaims any warranty or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This includes loss of data resulting from delays, non deliveries, wrong delivery, and any and all service interruptions caused by SPI and its employees. SPI reserves the right to revise its policies at any time.
