General Notes

The Sample Business website continues to increase in search engine popularity for a range of search terms. For most terms already ranking, these have improved more over the last month. For those previously not ranking at all, around half have now been picked up on the first five pages of the search engine results.

Google especially is still loving the site, something that should only improve over time especially if more articles are added or revised on a regular basis, as Google highly values fresh new regular content.

Almost all pages of the site have been indexed by Google. Yahoo and MSN still have some pages to spider and index, which is sometimes a slower process but should speed up once they catch up with Google and recognise the importance of the site.

Yahoo now recognises 35 incoming links to the Sample Business site. Google is often slower and more selective to recognise incoming links, so the result for this engine is to be expected.

Summary

The Search Engine Promotion Campaign for Sample Business is progressing nicely. With the amount of excellent content on the re-designed site, expect rankings to only improve over time with Google, and improve then settle a little with the other two major search engines.
