System compatibility & requirements
ZULU® IES Enterprise interacts with the following QuickBooks® products:
- QuickBooks® Plus 2008/2009
- QuickBooks® Pro 2008/2009
- QuickBooks® Premier 2008/2009
- QuickBooks® Enterprise 2008/2009
System deployment is flexible. ZULU® IES can reside on a server on site at your own premises or at our secure Data Centre on our fully maintained servers. A stand alone secondary or separate server or PC is required to store your QuickBooks® data, usually located on your premises.
We offer a choice in levels of cost effective, flexible monthly hosting plans based on your data storage and traffic requirements.
For those hosting the system internally, as a guide to a minimum level of system and HDD requirements, these should be: Linux Based System, Linux Kernal v 2.6.22, Apache v 1.3.37, PHP v5, MySQL v5, Zend Optimizer v3.2.2.; 50GB suitable to run operating system and 40GB data storage space.
The QuickBooks® server or PC that stores your QuickBooks® data files requires a minimum configuration of Windows XP, Windows versions Apache, PHP, MySQL, Zend Optimiser and QuickBooks® software. The hardware or server requirements should be a standard PC for a small number of users or a more stable and robust server system for multiple users.
By installing ZULU® IES, you can instantly provide your staff, customers, clients, service providers with access to your data base in real time. All utilising secure login protocols via standard web browsers from any computer connected to the internet. The system resides in a totally secure SSL encrypted environment with sophisticated roll base security measures.
In terms of software management systems, it delivers the very best in intranet/extranet capabilities at a fraction of the cost of alternative systems when comparing:-

ZULU® IES Enterprise allows for customization of the included modules within the base systems. For example, you may require additional functionality within the projects module to suit your particular business operation; or a unique feature within the Client Relationship Manager (CRM) module . These can simply be incorporated and developed specifically for you within the existing base system structure.
ZULU® IES licensed software is supplied in conjunction with a choice of maintenance & support contracts if required and based on your needs. Systems can be supplied stand alone or as fully maintained applications.
